MDB_Common::numRows() – get number of rows

Synopsis

require_once 'MDB.php';

integer numRows ( resource $result )

Description

Get the number of rows in a result set.

Parameter

resource $result

a valid resource returned by query() or executeQuery()

Return value

integer - number of rows

Note

This function can not be called statically.
